Rules of the Road

Your Gnomad is playful, sometimes bold, but always views the corners of the globe as the boundaries of his playground. New friends and adventures await. However, before you send him on his maiden Gnomadic Adventure, there are some things we should go over:

1. These are not garden-variety gnomes lounging around waiting for the next sunny day. Gnomads are happiest when they are on the road. So take them with you, give them to a friend, leave them for a stranger, but by all means, do NOT let them collect dust. They hate that.
2. Other than the occasional outburst about airport coffee being too expensive, Gnomads are a pretty polite and genteel lot. So no vulgar, sexist, pornographic, hateful, racist conduct or any other nonsense. Remember the Golden Rule.
3. The adventures are intended to be fun. Hacking, spamming, solicitations, harassment, and dumping viruses into the system are not fun. Enough said.
4. This is a journey, an adventure and community for all. Your ideas on how to make it a better experience are always welcomed.
5. If there is any content that you find offensive or just plain bothers you, feel free to let us know at support@gnomads.net, and we?l do our best to address it right away.
6. Private information is just that, private. For your benefit, don't tell people your password or share your personal information in forums. And if you don't mind, don't ask people for their phone number, e-mail address, name, sign or any other private information.
7. Gnomads are protective little guys. So don't even think about doing something that harms, threatens, discourages, undermines, scares, solicits or in any way causes problems for a kid. It's your quickest way off the site and into a whole heap of trouble.
8. Did we mention that breaking the law, asking someone to break the law, suggesting ways that someone might break the law, or otherwise not being law-abiding is a big no-no.
9. Participate. Join a club. Create a challenge for the community. Take a challenge. Tell a friend. Launch an adventure. Be a Guardian (the people who help Gnomads characters along their journey). Help us make this a growing community of people creating, fulfilling and sharing dreams, adventures and a jolly good time.
